We had some issues applying the stickers on our ultra smooth latex spray painted wall. The customer service was really helpful and supplied us a partial refund and extra sticker panel due to our wall are not really suited for applying stickers. Due to the applying issues there are some imperfections, but we are still happy and the customer service was suberb.
I’ve purchased from this company a couple of times and not only are the products beautiful and look as thought they’ve been painted in water colour as murals. Alba gives amazing service, and is really helpful.
My autistic toddler have ripped some of the prints from his wall, and I needed to replace an item no longer on the site. Alba arranged this for me and generously also added some additional in to replace other stickers removed at no cost. I’m really grateful for the kindness.
