We offer a full 30 day happiness guarantee on all our products, and seriously mean it. If you for any reason are unsatisfied with our products we'll do everything in our power to set it straight and get you smiling again.
In case of any problems, always try to contact us as soon as possible with your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can do our best to solve the issue.
We use cardboard packaging to send our decals, so it is possible that they get damaged during transit. If there is anything visibly wrong with the stickers you have received, just send us an email with a photo attached and we'll fix straight away with a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges
If you for whatever reason are not satisfied with your product we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked (you can choose between store credit and refund).
Return or donate:
Due to high international shipping costs and the fragile nature of our products, our hope is that instead of returning the products to us you donate them to a local school, daycare or other public space where they might spread joy instead of carbon emissions. We will offer you a refund or an exchange free of cost, even if the product is not returned to us.
If you still rather return the products to us, you can do so by contacting us at email@example.com for a return label. Please note that you will have to pay for the return shipping costs, which usually range between 20-30 eur depending on your location.
