Firstly we want to be very clear, we always make up for any stickers that fail to stick - so no worry, we got your back on this one!
Because there are unlimited combinations of different paints and walls out there, it is very possible that sometimes there will be issues with the stickers not sticking as they should. This is simply because the sticker adhesive needs to be soft enough to still come off easily.
A 3-step plan to rescue the situation:
1. In case the stickers are curling away from the wall, it often helps to remove them and softly bend them the in the opposite direction (inwards) before attaching them again. The adhesive hardens slightly during the first few weeks, making the sticker stick more firmly. This usually fixes the situation, even if we apologise for the extra work involved. You can also test the stickers on a separate wall, to find out if the problem is with the paint/wall or the stickers.
2. If it seems that the stickers won’t stick, no matter what you do - we can replace them with alternative ones that are printed on a latex-saturated paper. This material is slightly sturdier, and often work on surfaces where the other ones have problems sticking. Please contact us for more info.

If it seems that the stickers have problems attaching to the wall, we usually recommend that you first try to remove, bend, and reattach them.
